Referral

On 25 October 2011 the Attorney-General, the Hon Paul Lucas, introduced the Criminal Organisation Amendment Bill 2011 into the Queensland Parliament. On 26 October 2011, Parliament referred the Bill to the Parliamentary Crime and Misconduct Committee for detailed consideration. The committee reported back to the Parliament by 21 November 2011.
