The petition of citizens of Queensland draws to the attention of the House the devastating effects of Myodil droplets left
remaining in the spinal canal after a Myelogram resulting in chemically induced Adhesive Arachnoiditis and request the
State Government to initiate a public enquiry into the use of Myodil droplets and establish a foundation for sufferers to cover
their costs of ongoing medical conditions and requirements.

Your petitioners therefore request Government at all levels to take such action so as to provide compensation and medical
cover for sufferers.
