E-Petition

The Petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the attention of the House the chronic shortage of available driving test bookings at the Bundaberg Department of Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centre and the Childers GQAP causing long and inconvenient delays for Bundaberg and Childers residents, "especially the younger generation" wishing to obtain their licence. Thus helping them move forward in their lives by way of potentially being more employable and helping them gain their independence.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to do all within its power to address the shortage of government employed driving examiners and the chronic shortage of a continuous flow of test booking availabilities at both the Bundaberg and Childers Customer Service Centres.
