TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
The petition of electors of the Division of Murrumba draws to the
attention of the House the speed of traffic and noise of traffic using
Moreton Downs Drive – signed as a 50 km zone – to an acceptable level for
a residential area.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to request the Deception Bay
Police act on our behalf to take immediate action to restrict the speed
and noise of traffic in this residential area.
