TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
The petition of residents of Queensland draws to the attention of the
House that the State Government is requested to work with St Paul’s
School to find an alternative access to the school, other than through
the residential streets of Bald Hills as proposed in the school’s new
Master Plan. Furthermore, the State Government is advised that this
proposal will impact on the amenity and safety of the residents of Bald
Hills and that the intersection of Bald Hills Road and Strathpine Road
will become even more congested and more dangerous for motorists using
this intersection.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to consider the above plea.
