To the Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly.

The Petition of the residents and business of the surrounding suburbs of
the Eagle Junction Railway Station hereby oppose to the opening of the
methadone dispensary on Monday 19 August 2002 at Unit 2, 262 Junction
Road, Eagle Junction. Eagle Junction is an inappropriate site for this
dispensary because of the close proximity to local residents and the
large number of school children and families who use the Eagle Junction
shops and train station.
